Just Grooming Marvellous is run by Justine who has been working with dogs and showing for over 20 years.
From the moment I can remember I have adored animals, dogs and horses in particular. Growing up in the North of England, I owned horses and competed in show jumping and dressage. We had Labradors and Rough Collies, although we concentrated on competing the horses rather than showing the dogs. From the age of 13 I was clipping and grooming horses for more than just a hobby.
In 1997 my job brought me to Northern Ireland. My first show dog was a chocolate Labrador named Charlie and I was thrown into the mesmerising world of breed shows. After I had my last daughter, I made a decision that I needed to envelope myself in dogs and make it my career. Do what you love, and you will never work another day!
I thought dog grooming would satisfy my creative eye and passion for dogs, I threw myself into the profession whole heartedly, I trained hard, studied endlessly and watched some amazing talented groomers. I will always continue to further my skills, attend seminars and learn from the best!
